If the product itself is defective, or if the final product is different than the design displayed on our site, we're here to help. Under these conditions, our products can be returned within 15 days of your receipt of the original product. At our discretion, your returned defective product will either be replaced by us with a non-defective product, or, refunded.

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating any damage or poor quality product received. Let us know what went wrong and we will try to resolve it quickly for you.
GearVibes does not offer return shipping labels. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.
We require the item returned to us before we refund or send out a replacement item. This is to protect against fraudulent claims. At our discretion, we may authorize you to keep the original item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
There is a restocking fee to return your items to GearVibes for a refund. Shipping fees paid during your order will not be refunded under this policy. Our shipping fees for one item is $4.95 and for two or more items is $5.95.
Whichever shipping amount you paid during your order will not be refunded under this restocking fee policy.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to a week before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
